How to program your Outcall Notification Feature or change
your schedule
Outcall Notification is a message alert feature,
which may be programmed by each individual mailbox owner.
By using
this feature, you can program the system to call you at
a designated time and phone number to alert you that you
have
new messages waiting for you. However, if you activate
this feature, you must set a notification schedule. If you
do
not set a notification schedule, the system may call you
24 hours a day. Therefore, DO NOT ACTIVATE THIS FEATURE
WITHOUT SETTING A NOTIFICATION SCHEDULE!

Activating the outcall notification
feature is a two-step process. First you must turn the
notification
feature "on." Then, you must program the phone
number and the time of day you wish the system to call. We
recommend programming this feature to call between 5pm-11pm.
You may choose any window of time within this 6 hour time
frame to have the system call.
If you are not at home when the system calls and have an
answering machine, the system will leave a message. It will
continue to call every 15 minutes for the time period you
programmed. For this reason, we recommend programming no
more than a 30 minute time interval for the system to call
you.
After you have programmed this initial
information, the system will ask you a series of questions
to which you should
answer "immediately."
