Once you create a list, the system will ask you to assign a number to the list. Group lists are numbered from 11-16. Therefore, you may want to assign 11 to the first list you create. The system will then ask you to assign a name to the list. Once you have numbered the list and recorded a name, you should enter the voice mailbox numbers of the persons you want to include on the distribution list. You may enter up to 25 names per list. Once you have completed creating your list, press * to exit the system.

When sending a message to a group list, enter the system as you normally would to send a message. When the system asks for the destination mailbox number, enter the two digit number you assigned to the list. Then, press # to send the message. You will hear a series of beeps which indicates that your message is sending. The number of beeps does not necessary correspond with the number of mailboxes on the list. Once you hear the beeps, you may either hang up (and your message will continue to send) or you can remain on the line to listen to who has a full mailbox and will not receive your message.
