Dear HMS Parents,

Thank you in advance for being willing to complete this survey for me.  I welcome the opportunity to gather feedback from you in order to improve my administrative responsibilities.  All current HMS parents are welcome to provide input on how I am doing and how we can better serve our students. 

The survey is electronic and completely anonymous. It is also password protected.  I have voice mailed the password so that only parents would receive that information. The survey window opens Friday February 26th and will close Tuesday, March 23rd.
