The Printing Services department of the Blue Valley School District is an integral part of the support services provided by the District for its Teachers and Classified employees. Printing Services is an in-plant operation, meaning we are dedicated to serving your schools and no one else! Our staff has over 200 years of combined experience in the printing industry. With that level of experience comes a level of confidence that we can produce your printed materials with the best possible quality, best possible service and at the lowest possible cost to your school.
- Your costs are only for the materials used (without mark-up) and "click" charges for digital copies/prints. "Click charge" refers to the cost of a single-sided print/impression up to 11x17. No labor charges or overhead.
- On average standard retail costs will be 8 to 12 times what we will charge your building/department.
- We save the district money on click charges by producing print on production machines with lower rates.
- Printing Services staff members look for the best way to produce your work for the lowest cost that meets the project goals.
- We want to do your printing projects, so you can concentrate on what it is that you do best!

Print-to-Printshop is now online!
|
Print-to-Printshop allows you to submit electronic files for print orders via the web - from your desk at work or from home.
Go to https://printshop.bluevalleyk12.org to get started.
Scan-to-Printshop allows you to submit instant orders to Printing Services through select Xerox copiers in your building. Order instructions can be entered using the touch screen on the copier.
Submitted orders are also archived in a personal folder on the new website for fast and easy reordering of the document.

Digital Press Story

The installation of a Xerox iGen3 Digital Press was completed in September of 2008. The addition of this production printer has greatly enhanced Printing Services' production capacity and product offerings, including up to 14"x22.5" full color posters and a wide variety of specialty products. High-end full color printing is now much faster and much more cost effective.
