Welcome to the 2013-14 school year, the 10th Anniversary of Cedar Hills! We are excited for another fantastic school year as we partner with the community to provide a quality education for all students.
** The Grade 1 Musical has been rescheduled - the new performance date will be Tuesday, March 11th (2:30 and 6:30pm). **
Parents of incoming Kindergarten students for the 2014-15 school year - mark on your calendar, April 11th 9-11am, for Kindergarten Round-up. Incoming kindergarten students will have fun activities to participate in while parents will have an informational meeting. We look forward to hearing from you!
The After School Study Club will now be offered two days weekly for grades 1-5. Beginning October 28, a Monday session will be available to interested students. The club meets on Monday and Thursday, 3:40-4:30. Please check the school's calendar for the complete schedule. This service is being offered through the Take Stock in Cedar Hills Program.

IMPORTANT Information UPDATE
The "peanut product safer learning evironment has been updated to "Nut Safer". Thank you for your continued support of this practice for of our classrooms/learning areas. A complete listing of approved food items can be found under "Forms and Documents". Part of our comprehensive, proactive plan is to limit the consumption of nut products in classrooms. This nut product elimination will go beyond healthy type snacks (peanut butter crackers) to include birthday treats and food products enjoyed at the three classroom parties. We will continue to serve peanut butter and jelly sandwiches in our dining room and a "sack lunch" could certainly include products restricted in classrooms. There will continue to be a "nut safer" lunch table available to children. This listing will also be used for the three designated classroom parties. In an effort to protect all children and to continue to have safety as our number one priority, only items from the listing will be accepted for distribution at school. Although it would be impossible to guarantee a totally nut-free environment, with your support and effort we can make additional strides in making all children safe while at Cedar Hills. Thank you for your understanding of this very important matter.
