  • What can a School Counselor offer?  A School Counselor can:
     

    • listen and understand when you face a challenge
    • keep things confidential
    • work with students, parents, and teachers
    • visit the classroom for classroom guidance lessons
    • teach the BlueValley Virtues
    • work with new students
    • work with students individually and/or in a small group setting
    • help student's learn important social skills, conflict resolution skills, and academic success skills
    • help with CPE anti-bullying campaign
    • help with CPE community service
    • help students with goal setting
    • work with teachers to help students have a successful school year
    • help parents with tools for successful parenting

    How To See The School Counselor:

    • Fill out a Rock Problem sheet from the green bag outside my office and then put it in the blue bag.  This is used by students who want to self refer.
    • Send me an email or via my web page contact form
    • Leave me a voice mail
    • Be sure to leave your first and last name, your child's name, a good way to contact you, and briefly decribe your concern
    • You will be contacted within 24 hours
