For demonstrating expected behaviors, students earn tickets and dinosaurs. When your child's 2nd grade teacher has a "dinomart", students can redeem their dinosaurs for prizes or privileges.
For demonstrating unexpected behaviors, students receive consequences. For the initial unexpected behavior, a student's stick will be placed in a warning jar. Then if the behaviors continue, children may lose 5 or 10 minutes of their recess. Children may choose to spend this time sitting and reflecting or walking the track while reflecting.
