About Mrs. Scarpone

Hello! My name is Mrs. Michelle Scarpone and I am one of the Interrelated Resource (IRR) teachers at Stanley! I am in my third year as a Stanley Wildcat and I am excited to be continuing my involvement in this wonderful school and community!  

Previously, I taught in the Gardner-Edgerton School District as an Interrelated Resource teacher for two years.  Before moving to Kansas, I lived in Wisconsin where I taught in a 3^rd and 4^th grade multi-age classroom.  I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point where I double majored in Elementary and Exceptional Education.  I earned my Master’s degree from Emporia State University in the area of Reading Specialist.

In my time away from school I enjoy being active and spending time outdoors while golfing, running, and playing with my dogs, Maddie and Scout.  I also love to read, bake, and spend time with my husband, friends, and family.
