Kindergarten and First Grade Interrelated Resource Teacher

Who is Paige Skouse?  I am a teacher eager to challenge young minds.  I am a teacher who is an advocate for the student.  I am a teacher who is so excited to teach in the Blue Valley School District, especially as a Stanley Wildcat.  

I am originally from the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois which is where I got my Undergraduate Degree in Elementary Education and my Master's Degree in Special Education.  As soon as I graduated, I joined the Woodland School District as a Resource Teacher.  When I got married, we moved to San Diego, California.  We lived there for ten years.  I taught in San Diego and then had our three kids.  After San Diego, my family moved back to Chicago and lived there for 6 years before settling in Kansas.  We enjoyed the big city living, but the move has led us to enjoy the country life and was a welcomed change. 

I am excited for the school year to begin and am looking forward to meeting the students and their families.
