Color Theory a La Andy Warhol

The fifth grade students have been studying the color wheel, and it's theories in art class. They learned that different color schemes can be used to create different effects in their art work. Using Andy Warhol's stylized pop art prints as inspiration, the fifth graders either used oil pastels, colored pencils, or markers to illustrate their contour line drawings of people, animals, or things from popular culture. Each drawing was colored using one of the following color schemes, primary, secondary, neutrals, warm, cool, analogous, monochromatic or complementary.
