Ricky Cowan - Customer Care Site Manager

  • Ricky Cowan is the site manager assigned to the district. His primary responsibility is ensuring total satisfaction through customer service and employee management. Ricky has been in the printing industry for more than 16 years and serving Blue Valley for more than six years in a variety of capacities.

Kevin Stewart - Customer Care Support

  • Kevin Stewart is part of the dedicated imageQUEST support team at Blue Valley. Kevin's role is to provide direct assistance to ensure service levels are achieved throughout the District. Kevin has been in the Printing Industry for about five years with the last three being in a similar role serving Blue Valley.

Rusty Reynolds - Primary Fleet Service Technician

  • When preventative maintenance or break-fix support is needed for the imageQUEST Smart Laser Printers or building/department copiers, Rusty is likely to be the one dispatched. The Fleet Service Technician works closely with the Customer Care Team to schedule and communicate updates to our key operators. The dedicated to Blue Valley Primary Fleet Service Technician is backed up by a team of imageQUEST service professions that can assist when necessary.
