Support Overview

  • Three Ricoh team members are dedicated to the Blue Valley School District and are located on the District Office campus. These team members are available during business hours to all district employees at (913) 239-4567 or via email. If assistance is needed after business hours please, call (800) 57-RICOH and select option 1. You will need your Ricoh copier ID.

Ricky Cowan - Site Manager

  • Ricky Cowan is the site manager assigned to the district. His primary responsibility is ensuring total satisfaction through customer service and employee management. Ricky has been in the printing industry for more than 10 years and with Ricoh for more than eight years holding a variety of positions and duties.

Kevin Stewart - Customer Support

  • Kevin Stewart is part of the dedicated Ricoh support team at Blue Valley led by Ricky Cowen. Kevin's role is to provide direct assistance to ensure service levels are achieved throughout the District. Prior to working in Blue Valley, Kevin served several roles within Ricoh over two years at other client locations.

Tim Andrews - Technician

  • Tim Andrews is the certified Ricoh technician dedicated to the district. He brings 30+ years experience from the printing industry as well as a variety of IT certifications including A+ and NET+. Tim’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to preventative maintenance, full range of printing equipment service, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving service levels with Ricoh.
