Mrs. Brown

I am so excited to begin my eighth year of teaching. This will be my fifth year at Timber Creek and my fifth year teaching 1st grade! Prior to TCE, I taught 2nd grade for three years in the Gardner-Edgerton School District. 

I earned my BS in Elementary Education from Kansas State University in 2010 with a concentration in Special Education. I then completed my Master's Degree in Arts in Education from Baker University in 2012.

My husband and I got married in October 2012 and we reside in Olathe, our home town! We have a five year old little boy, Holden. He enjoys baseball and anything super hero! He is excited to begin Kindergarten in the Olathe School District this year! We have a one year old baby girl, Harper. She loves to dance and sing! 

I feel very fortunate to be a part of such an amazing staff and parent community here at Timber Creek! I can't wait for the 2017-2018 year to begin!!
