I am excited to be starting my fifth year at Timber Creek Elementary and my eighth year teaching. I previously taught third grade for three years at Heartland Elementary. I LOVE teaching!

I grew up in Olathe and have always wanted to be a teacher.  Teaching runs in my blood.  My grandpa was an elementary principal for many, many years. My dad has also been teaching for as long as I can remember.  He recently retired from a high school in the Shawnee Mission School District.  I am so lucky to have such AWESOME role models in my life.

I have my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s degree in Special Education from Emporia State University.
