Welcome to third grade! My name is Kimberly Freytag and I am your child's third grade teacher. Here is a little bit about me!

I was born in New York on February 22nd. When I was 3, my family relocated to South Florida. I spent my childhood by the beach, enjoying nice weather and not knowing what seasons truly were. After high school, I moved to Orlando to pursue my dream of becoming a teacher. I graduated from the University of Central Florida twice; once in 2006 with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and then again in 2011 with a Master's degree in Reading Education. I have been teaching for nine years and have taught both third and fourth grade.

I came to Kansas 5 years ago to be close to my family. I now enjoy the comfort and kindness here in the Midwest (not to mention Fall and Winter). I am excited to be starting my sixth year here at Timber Creek. Go Colts!
