Classroom management is one of the keys to having a successful year for all! The foundation for effective management is building strong relationships between the teacher and students. I believe that every student is capable of making good choices and doing his or her very best while at school. As a teacher, it is my job to teach my students that their choices have consequences... both good and bad! This helps encourage our OTE virtue, responsibility!
