My name is Carrie Blasi and I teach full day kindergarten teacher at Cedar Hills Elementary.  This will be my 11th year teaching, all of which have been in the Blue Valley School District.  I taught one year of first grade before opening Cedar Hills as a full day kindergarten teacher.  I complete my Master's Degree from Baker University in May 2006.

 I met my husband while attending K-State! He is an 8th grade science teacher. Seven years ago we got married on the beach at sunset in Marco Island, Florida.  We have one daughter who will attend preschool this year!  It is amazing how fast time flies! We love to spend time together as a family and took several trips this year. Our favorite memories include first plane ride to Disney World!  When I'm not a school I like to read, scrapbook on Shutterfly, play outside in our backyard or at the park, go to the zoo, watch K-State football and basketball.  Spending time with my family is extremely important!

 I LOVE kindergarten and the excitment and challenges it brings everyday!  I am looking forward to your partnership as we begin our kindergarten year!  It will be a year full of memories and new friendships!
