I was born and raised in Kansas City.  I have been a part of the Blue Valley School District from kindergarten to high school.  After graduating from Blue Valley North, I moved to Tucson where I attended the University of Arizona (go Wildcats!).  From there I moved to Phoenix where I taught first grade for 10 years.  I am so excited to be back home and to be a part of the OHE team!

When I am not teaching, I enjoy going to movies, crafting, reading, cooking, playing with my dog Louie, and spending time with family and friends.  I am also a big sports fan.  I love rooting for all my hometown teams…especially the Chiefs!

We have a fantastic group of kids in our class this year.  Together we will make this an exciting and very special year!
