Finance & Operations Board Advisory Committee

Committee Purpose

Committee members will learn about the district’s financial planning, human resources, operations and facility needs, then provide input on these key operational areas that support student learning and staff success. Topics may include budget priorities, staffing and compensation strategies, enrollment trends, facilities planning and maintenance. The committee supports responsible management of resources and long-term sustainability of systems that enable safe, effective educational environments.

  • Fostering supportive and healthy school communities – by ensuring facilities and operations contribute to safe and well-maintained environments for students and staff.
