Strategic Plan

Blue Valley’s strategic plan reflects a shared vision for student success, shaped by months of community input, collaboration and thoughtful planning. At its core is a refreshed mission—cultivating lifelong learners prepared to navigate their future with purpose—and a commitment to advancing academic excellence, supporting student and staff well-being and empowering educators. Grounded in the district’s core values and supported by foundational commitments, the plan provides a clear roadmap to guide the next five years.

Planning Process

Blue Valley’s strategic plan was shaped over nine months, beginning in August 2024, by a 30-member planning committee representing a broad cross-section of the community and was approved by the Board of Education in May 2025.
