Peachjar eFlyers

Blue Valley Schools partner with community organizations that offer educational and enrichment opportunities for students. To help share these opportunities, flyers from approved organizations are distributed electronically through Peachjar.

How to Submit A Flyer:

1. Visit www.peachjar.com
2. Upload your flyer for approval

  • All flyers must be a PDF
  • All flyers must be portrait layout
  • All submissions must include a text-only version that contains the same information as the PDF
  • Flyers must be received ten days prior to the event
  • Flyers are distributed on Tuesdays and Thursdays

Your flyer will be automatically submitted to Blue Valley's district office, reviewed by district staff and approved or denied based on the district's flyer approval guidelines. For more information, visit the Community Organizations FAQs.

Flyer Guidelines

  • Create an account at https://www.peachjar.com
  • To ensure timely posting, flyers should be uploaded for approval at least 10 business days in advance of the event.
  • Paper copies of the information will NOT be distributed to students and are not to be delivered to the school buildings.
  • Flyers will be posted only for nonprofit organizations.
  • Flyers are primarily for student events within the school district boundaries and countywide activities.
  • Information posted cannot be in violation of Board policy, state or federal law.
  • Flyers cannot contain for-profit information or logos.
  • Flyers cannot include website addresses unless there is absolutely no for-profit information, for-profit logos, or religious information included on the website. Instead, you may provide an e-mail address or phone number to which families can contact your organization with any questions and/or to register their children.
  • Official proof of nonprofit status must be provided upon request by Peachjar and/or the Blue Valley School District.
  • Flyers will remain posted up to 30 days.

Each request will be reviewed by the school uploader on an individual basis using the criteria above. The decision not to post an organization’s information is not to be considered disapproval of the activity/event, but rather a decision based on the best interest of Blue Valley Schools students.

Important Information for Families

All Blue Valley families with an email address on file in the district will automatically receive Peachjar eflyers to their inbox. Families may also view eflyers by clicking the Peachjar button on the district and/or school website.

Customize eflyer delivery preferences using your username and password provided by Peachjar. Please note, you do not need to log in to receive or view eflyers, only to manage preferences. If you would like to "opt-out" of receiving eflyers, simply click unsubscribe at the bottom of the Peachjar email.

Peachjar is used exclusively for distribution of district-approved flyers. Your email address will not be shared or used for any other purpose. For more information, check out the Parent FAQs.

Important Information for Community Partners

Peachjar charges a fee to all community organizations who submit flyers through this service. Different packages are available to fit individual needs.
