Reminder! Elementary and middle school start/end times adjusted for the 2022-23 school year
The school day start and end times at elementary and middle schools will change for the 2022-23 school year. High school’s start and end times can also be found below or on the calendar page.
- Elementary School - 8:40 AM - 3:45 PM
- Middle School - 7:51 AM - 3:00 PM
These time changes maintain the necessary 45-minute window between the middle school and elementary school drop-off and pick-up times; allow for as many high school and middle school combination routes as possible; and result in an estimated reduction of 5-6 bus routes.

Is the USDA offering free meals again this year?
The federal funding support that has provided free school breakfasts and lunches for the past two years has come to an end following the conclusion of the 2021-22 school year.
During the 2022-23 school year, families will once again pay for student breakfasts and lunches unless they apply and qualify for the free/reduced meals program. Information about applying for the program is available on the district website.
-
Will there be a 6th and 9th grade transition date before the school year?
For incoming 6th and 9th grade students, the transition date will be August 16. This is a time for students to familiarize themselves with the new building and meet their teachers before the first day of school.
For more information on this date, please reach out to your school.
