Blue Valley Schools is excited to announce the district’s transition to ParentSquare as its unified, districtwide communication platform for the 2026-27 school year and beyond.

ParentSquare strengthens secure and consistent family engagement across all communication, including two-way communication and mass communication.

ParentSquare will bring district, school, athletics and activities communication into one place, creating a more accessible experience for families. With built-in translation and multiple notification options, ParentSquare helps ensure all families and students stay informed and connected in one convenient place.

To ensure you receive communication through the ParentSquare platform, add “@parentsquare.com” to your email safe sender list.

ParentSquare Accounts

Parents and guardians can sign in with the email address on file with the district in ParentVUE to view posts, messages and more. The free ParentSquare app is available for iOS and Android devices for convenient access.

Activate your ParentSquare account

Parents and guardians should have received an invitation, titled “Blue Valley Schools invites you to join ParentSquare for 2026-27 school year”, to their email address on file with the district in ParentVUE.

  1. Open the invitation from ParentSquare in your email or text messages.
  2. Click Activate your account or tap the link to go to the account registration page.
  3. Enter your email or phone number, then click Get Started. (Optional: You can also sign in with Google or Microsoft.)
  4. Check your contact information. If it looks correct, click Confirm. You’ll receive a code by text or email.
  5. Enter the verification code when asked.
  6. You’ll see your children’s names. Click Confirm next to each child who should be connected to your account. If a child is listed by mistake, click Not my child.
  7. If everything looks correct, click Yes, this is me.

If you experience any issues, please submit a BV CARE ticket so the district’s Technology department can look into the issue.

StudentSquare Accounts

Students grades 6-12 can sign in with their district email on their district-provided device to view posts, messages and more.

For athletics and activities outside of school hours, the free StudentSquare app is available for iOS and Android devices for convenient access to connect students grades 6-12 to their coaches and sponsors.
