18-21 Services
The 18–21 Services program supports students with disabilities ages 18 to 21 who have met all high school graduation requirements. Students in this program typically receive most of their instruction off campus in community-based settings. The goal is to equip students with the skills and resources necessary to live and work as successfully and independently as possible within their communities. Students may attend on a part-time or full-time basis, as determined by their Individualized Education Program (IEP) team.
