Students will meet in inquiry groups to choose a topic for research. They will need to complete a research sheet at home that will be due in one week, next Wednesday, September 7.

Writing: Students will work in writing workshop. We will continue to learn about strategies to "show" not "tell" in our writing.

Social Studies: Students will take their Chapter 2 Test on Tuesday. They have a study sheet, so it would be helpful to quiz with a friend or parent to prepare for the test. We will begin Chapter 3: Native American Cultural Regions this week.
