Math: This week we will begin Topic 6: Multiplying Decimals

Reading: This week we will begin Theme 3, Early America.. Students will work in small groups with me and complete reading rotations working on the following skills: Ask and answer questions, Compare and contrast, Connotation and denotation, prefixes. Students will present their inquiry project plan to get feedback and prepare to kick off their solution.

Writing: Students will work in writing workshop. We will be kicking off our next unit on Informational Reports.

Science: Lesson 4 How do Scientists Know when Substances Change?

Homework packet will be due Friday. The November Book It Calendar came home at the beginning of the month. Students should be reading 20 minutes a day to reach the goal of 600 minutes by the end of the month. Please support your child in this long-term assignment.
