Do I have to sing by myself for musical auditions?

No. Only people interested in a principal role are required to sing by themselves. If you are not intersted in singing a solo in the show you may audition with a friend. Even though singing alone may be a challenge the musical staff strongly recommend it. Most students find out that its not near as bad as they thought.
