BVHS congratulates Caitlin Truhe, BVH Athletic Trainer, for receiving the MAATS Young Professional’s Distinction Award.
The MidAmerican Athletic Trainers Association is a professional organization whose membership is comprised of athletic trainers from the follow states: North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, and Iowa. Each year they select recipients for several different peer nominated awards.
This year, BVHS Athletic Trainer, Caitlin Truhe, was awarded the MAATS Young Professional’s Distinction Award. This award honors a young professional athletic trainer who has made a definitive impact on the athletic training profession through contributions in some of the following areas: service, professionalism, integrity, initiative, leadership, and ability to inspire other professionals.
