evHello!  My name is Jennifer Ford and I am the Gifted Education teacher at Stilwell Elementary.  I have been married to my husband for five years and we have a 3 year old daughter, Jaelynn and this past spring welcomed another daughter, Juneau. We also have two miniature dachshunds, Smokey and Bandit, that always keep us on our toes.

 I prepared for teaching by attending the University of Kansas where I received a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Gifted, Talented and Creative Education! My husband and I both attended KU and we are die-hard KU fans!!  Rock Chalk!   

This is my eighth year teaching at Stilwell and I am very excited for the new school year! I love everything that Stilwell has to offer both students and teachers!  There is such an amazing support system at our building and I can't think of a better place to be.

 I want to welcome back all the returning students and parents and extend a welcome to any new students or parents to my class!  I look forward to getting to know you as we move through the year.  I would love to hear any comments or suggestions that you have about the Gifted Education Program at Stilwell!
