Fifth grade learned about the artist Keith Haring. He was a professional graffiti artist from NYC. He primarily did artwork that was of stick type people.  We drew our own people in different poses and then chose either warm or cool colors to color them. They colored the people solid colors and then used the other colors to cirlcle around and around their drawings. The students love this art project. They turn out very cool, so it is easy to see why!
