Our mission is to effectively and efficiently support the schools in the District with their procurement needs and to secure goods and services from responsible suppliers at a price that represents the best value and quality that will enable staff to fulfill the District's educational goals. The intent of the Purchasing Department is to establish and provide the end user with clear and efficient procedures for obtaining products.

Blue Valley will be posting procurement opportunities beginning May 2023 and accepting electronic bid submissions using the bids&tenders platform. While the district transitions to this new platform, you may still receive an opportunity via email from a district representative.
