• My name is Margaret Davidson, and I am the Varsity tennis coach for the Timberwolves. I am very excited for our season as it is our 10th year as a team at Blue Valley Southwest, and my fourth year as head coach. I am starting my sixth year here at Southwest as a math teacher in our school, and have loved being part of the Girl's Tennis program for the last six years.

I have grown up playing tennis my entire life, and attended high school in McPherson, KS. I played varsity while in high school, and placed 8th in doubles at the 5A State Tournament. I attended Kansas State University where I received my degree in Secondary Education Mathematics with a Minor in Business. While in college I played for the K-State Tennis Club Team, and served as the president for two years. I had many great experiences being part of a tennis team in high school and in college, and look forward to our season together by continuing our traditions in the BVSW tennis program.

My name is Payton Meyer, and I am the Assistant girls tennis coach for the Timberwolves. I am very excited for my fourth year as a coach here at Blue Valley Southwest. This will also be my fourth year teaching math at Southwest. I truly enjoyed my three years of coaching tennis and teaching math here at SW.

In May 2016 I graduated from Kansas State University, and majored in Secondary Education mathematics with a Minor in Leadership Studies. I grew up playing tennis in the Kansas City area, and played varsity all four years at Blue Valley High. In September of 2016, I was inducted to the BV Hall of Fame for our team chapionship from 2010. I enjoyed my experience on the team and I hope to continue those positive tennis experiences with SW. I look forward to my third season with the team and to continue the tradition of the BVSW tennis program.
