Practices are daily from 3:30 - 5:00 p.m. in the Blue Valley West wrestling room. Transportation is NOT provided to the high school and parents are responsible for pick-up. Athletics forms are required for participation.
PHYSICAL EXAMINATION

Students registering for Athletics must have a current physical examination form submitted for review before the student is authorized to participate in practice or tryouts. The Physical Examination shall not be taken earlier than May 1 preceding the school year for which it is applicable. Click here for instructions on submitting a completed physical exam.
ATHLETICS FORMS
-
Athletics forms must be completed and turned in to the LKM office before a student will be allowed to practice and participate in any sport, cheerleading or dance team activity. Physicals are required by KSHSAA to be dated after May 1.
