Information for Parents and Students of the Class of 2024:

Finals schedule for Seniors

• Monday 5/13 - odd (Senior finals 5th & 7th)
• Tuesday 5/14 - even (Senior finals 4th & 6th)
• Wednesday 5/15 - odd (Senior finals 1st & 3rd)
• Thursday 5/16 - even (Senior final 2nd)
• Friday 5/17 - all, Class Day

Graduation will take place:
WHERE: SWIDAC (outside on the football field) Inclement weather will move the ceremony indoors. Same day, same time, details to come closer to the graduation date.
WHEN: May 18
TIME: 6:00pm

The livestream will begin 30 minutes prior to each graduation.

It is not too late to order graduation announcements or to pay for cap and gowns. If you are interested:

Seniors will receive their cap and gowns on May 16 at class day rehearsal.  They will need to make sure all books (classroom and library), uniforms and any BVSW items are turned in and there are no outstanding bills, such as lunch accounts.  Once this is completed, they will receive their cap and gown.  

PROM: Saturday, April 13 at Hilltop 8:30 - 10:30pm

SENIOR PICNIC: MAY 10th - Heritage Park, shelters 2 & 3 - 9am - 11am. (Seniors will receive their yearbooks if they ordered one)

CLASS DAY REHEARSAL: - May 16 - once all BVSW items are returned (Uniforms, books, any class items borrowed) and any outstanding bills paid, you will p/u your graduation cap and gown.  PTO will provide lunch,

CLASS DAY: MAY 17 - BVSW gymnasium
