Third grade is creating a combination abstract and non-objective piece of artwork. We created a non-objective drawing for the background. We then created an abstract lizard drawing together. We used white tempera paint to outline all of our pencil lines. Oil pastels were used to color the entire thing. The color wheel was used as a tool for deciding which colors would create which colors.
