    INFO ABOUT 23-24 ATHLETIC PARTICIPATION

    Will your student participate in 7th or 8th grade OTMS athletics during the 2023-2024 school year?

    For the 23-24 school year, the Blue Valley School District will not accept paper copies of student participation packets (for middle OR high school). 

    Please note- office staff and athletic coaches are not permitted to accept hard copies of student participation packets. All paperwork MUST be uploaded to the new platform. 

    All Athletic registration must be done online by parents/guardians. Completed physical examination forms must be uploaded to rSchool before your student may participate in any practice or game.  KSHSAA Athletic forms have recently been updated.

    **IMPORTANT: Physicals must be completed/dated after May 1, 2023. All forms/signatures must be completed prior to a student participating in any OTMS athletic activity.

    Cheer - 7th and 8th grade

    Wrestling (intramural hosted at BVN with their wresting coaches) - 6th, 7th, and 8th grade

PHYSICAL EXAMINATION

  • Students registering for Athletics must have a current physical examination form submitted for review before the student is authorized to participate in practice or tryouts. The Physical Examination shall not be taken earlier than May 1 preceding the school year for which it is applicable.
