This club will meet on Tuesday mornings 2x a month starting in October.
This club is open to all 6-8th graders. This is for students who would like to be peer leaders in the school. An application will be sent out via a class canvas page in September. The first meeting will start in October.

This club meets on Wednesdays during grade level lunch times, all year, starting August 21st.

TAG
This teen advisory group reads 20+ books and votes for the BV District's Trendy Twelve titles.
We will meet on the 3rd Thursday of the month during lunch hours, August-April.

FCA
Fellowship of Christian Athletes: Mission is to lead coaches and athletes into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. You do not need to be in a sport to participate.

Eagle Pride is a safe space for LGBTQ individuals and allies. All are welcome to play games, listen to guest speakers, and make crafts together.

This club will explore and share fellowship with peers of all faiths; gain a better understanding of Judaism; make stronger connections with peers, staff and the community.

ART CLUB
This program is designed for LMS students, for the purpose of inspiring and recognizing those students who have shown outstanding ability in art. The NJAHS also strives to aid members to work towards the attainment of high standards in the arts.

6th grade meets on Tuesdays from 3-4 p.m.

CHESS CLUB
Play chess to develop memory and logical thinking while using math and science skills. Strategize and enjoys some friendly competition.
Sponsor - Mrs. ParkerTuesdays from 3-4 p.m. in room 65.

DIVERSITY
Students will have the opportunity to participate in activities that will build awareness on the topics of diversity and inclusivity. Students will plan opportunities for our school community to grow as to how we build a strong community.

MATH COUNTS
For students who love solving math problems that require deep thinking. Students will also be able to participate in several math competitions.

SCIENCE OLYMPIAD
Students engage in in-depth study of science concepts, ranging from physical science, chemistry, biology and physics.
The club will meet (starting on September 11th) on Wednesdays after school from 3-4 p.m.

SPIRIT SQUAD
This club will promote school and community spirit by celebrating the academic and sports achievements at LMS. This includes locker decoration, pep assemblies, spirit week and other activities throughout the year.

STUDENT COUNCIL (STUCO)
For students who are interested in student government. Sponsored activities include United Way campaign, Harvesters. Leawoods Got Talent and other drives.
