VPE Cake Walk Fundraiser

Our Annual Cake Walk is a community service project that coincides with the VPE Book Fair.  The cakes are decorated by 4th and 5th graders and represent books the students have read.  Each VPE student has a chance to vote on their favorite cakes using coins that will be donated to One Small Step, an organization that works with the Johnson County Christmas Bureau to provide books to underprivileged kids in Johnson County. 

This year the VPE Cake Walk was on November 19 & 20 in the VPE Library.  Below are pictures from the 2013 Cake Walk. We raised over $570.00 to purchase books for One Small Step.
