As part of the strategic planning process, Blue Valley's Strategic Plan Steering Committee identified four strategies to guide the work of the district based on community feedback. These strategies focus on strategically agile systems, extraordinary educational opportunities, health and well-being, and exemplary educators. Four action teams made up of staff, parents and community members met over the course of six months to develop operational plans of action for each strategy. This process included strategy analysis, information gathering, group discussion and more as teams worked together to make the components of the strategic plan actionable.

COMMUNITY INPUT
