ABOUT THE STRATEGIC PLAN
As our journey to Reimagining Learning l Changing the World continues in Blue Valley Schools, it is crucial that we engage in a formal process during which our beliefs, mission, objectives and strategies can be reviewed, discussed and confirmed. Reimagine BV is a community process to ensure that our energies and resources are being invested in those things we value most - our students and their education, future and world.

WHO IS INVOLVED
The Planning Committee is a broad representation of people in our community who care about quality education and preparing children for their futures. The 32-member team will help guide the public process and host public workshops for the purpose of identifying beliefs, mission, objectives and strategies. The Planning Committee is also responsible for reviewing the work of Action Teams and preparing final recommendations to the Board of Education.
The Action Teams have the responsibility of developing operational plans of action for each strategy. Their work is critical to the process because it makes the components of the strategic plan actionable. Members of the Action Team include patrons and staff.
BOARD OF EDUCATION
The final plan will be formally adopted by the Blue Valley Board of Education. Administration will be responsible for providing regular progress updates to the board throughout implementation of the strategic plan.
The Cambrian Group is the leading provider of strategic planning for school districts since 1978. Cambrian was selected by the district to facilitate the strategic planning process for Blue Valley.
