Blue Valley Schools recognized as one of Kansas’ top employers

Blue Valley Schools was named to the 2023 Forbes Best-in-State Employers list, ranking in the top five among all Kansas employers. Blue Valley ranked fifth, making this the fifth year the district has been named among the top 10 employers. Forbes began in 2019 naming America’s best employers by state. 

This accolade reaffirms the district’s commitment to fostering a positive and supportive work environment for its dedicated staff members. Forbes collaborated with Statista, a market research company, to conduct a survey involving 70,000 employees from firms across all 50 states and the District of Columbia. The participants were employees of companies with at least 500 staff members. They were asked to recommend their employer and assess various aspects such as working conditions, diversity, compensation, growth opportunities and company reputation. The survey also included evaluations of employers other than their own. All responses were anonymous.
