Automotive Technology

  • Students in the Automotive Technology program spend half of the day at their high school and half of their day on campus at Johnson County Community College (JCCC) working toward an associate degree or certificate options in the field of Automotive Repair. Students may receive dual credit at no cost to the student for successful completion of JCCC coursework. Students are required to take the JCCC Accuplacer exam for both Math and Reading as a part of the application process; scores on this assessment must indicate a readiness for college coursework. Program details are below.
