Good Afternoon,

We will be taking our Math MAP test on Tuesday, May 13th at 12:20pm.

Thank you so much for making my birthday celebration so fantastic.  I have been blessed with a wonderful class of students and families this year.  Thank you so much for all that you have done for us!

We will be heading to the Wilderness Science Center on Monday, May 12th to make up our rain out date in October.   Please make sure that if your child did not order school lunch that they bring a lunch in a disposable bag.  Also, they will need to wear tennis shoes as we will be outside walking and exploring.  Since the weather has been pretty unpredictable, I would recommend bringing a jacket just in case.   We still need more parent helpers to join us, please e-mail me if you would like to attend!  We will be leaving at 8:40am and returning at 2:20pm.

If you are planning to pre-order school supplies for next year, the last day will be May 23rd.  If you plan on ordering online, you can order through June 1st. 

If your child is interested in performing in the talent show, forms are available on the CHE webpage under eDocuments or from the office.  The due date has been extended until Monday.

Field Day will be held on Friday.  4th grade will be wearing the color orange.  Please make sure that your child is wearing tennis shoes.  Also, since we are outside all day, please supply your child with sunscreen and a water bottle with their name on it.  If the field is wet, it is also a good idea to pack an extra pair or two of socks.

If your child participate in Strings, they need to return the form sent home last week even if they are not going to join.  We will send home an additional copy today just in case it is needed.

We want to express our appreciation for your prompt completion of the 2014-2015 on-line registration process as this helps with staff planning for next year.  If you have any questions, please contact the office.    

As we get closer to the end of the school year and excitement builds, we seem to be struggling a bit more with self-control and following directions. Many routines and directions we have had in place since August are being forgotten. Any discussions you can have at home with your child as reminders would be appreciated. Thank you.
